Credit unions across Canada are celebrating International Credit Union Day and highlighting the more than $35.8 million they contributed to community efforts last year.
For the fourth year in a row, an independent survey of thousands of Canadians has shown that credit unions rank first in overall quality of customer service among all financial institutions.
Credit unions and co-operatives around the world will use the theme It Belongs to Me as they celebrate International Credit Union Day on Oct. 16 and Co-op Week from Oct. 12-18.
