The Board of Directors of SaskCentral has selected Ken Anderson as the new CEO of SaskCentral.

Anderson has been Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President Finance/Strategic Investment Management for SaskCentral since January 2005. He has held a variety of positions since he joined the organization in 1998.

Anderson holds degrees in Mathematics and Law from the University of Saskatchewan. He has a unique blend of education, business and practical competencies gained through a diverse combination of work, training and volunteer experience.

"The board conducted a comprehensive search process, and we are pleased with our decision
regarding Ken Anderson," said board president Gordon Lightfoot. "We look forward to his leadership for the Saskatchewan credit union system beginning next year."

Anderson's appointment is effective on January 5, 2008. He will be replacing Sid Bildfell, who announced earlier this year he will retire in January.
